3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees: Service fees will be specified in the Service Agreement. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Schedule: Typically requires an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion.

3.3 Late Payments: May result in suspension of services or late fees.

3.4 Refunds: Handled on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work commences.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final approved deliverables (designs, custom code, content) created specifically for your project.

4.2 Company Rights: We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, drafts not selected, and our proprietary processes/methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRISM MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising out of your use of our services.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
