Welcome to PRISM MEDIA. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
PRISM MEDIA provides professional services in branding, UI/UX design, digital marketing, web development, and content strategy.
Specific services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that details project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
3.1 Fees: Service fees will be specified in the Service Agreement. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Schedule: Typically requires an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion.
3.3 Late Payments: May result in suspension of services or late fees.
3.4 Refunds: Handled on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work commences.
4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final approved deliverables (designs, custom code, content) created specifically for your project.
4.2 Company Rights: We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, drafts not selected, and our proprietary processes/methodologies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRISM MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising out of your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
7.1 Expectations from Students: At Prism Media Institute, we expect our students, especially those preparing for industry-standard certifications and creative careers, to maintain sincerity, dedication, and a strong work ethic throughout the course duration.
7.2 Disciplinary Measures: Any student found to be indulging in misconduct, including but not limited to indiscipline, poor attendance, bullying, cheating, or spreading negativity on social media, is liable for immediate expulsion. No refund of fees will be provided in such cases. The decision of the Centre Incharge shall be final and binding. If a student quits the institute in the middle of the session, Prism Media requires a clearance form.
7.3 Prolonged Absence: Students who remain absent for more than 15 consecutive days without prior written approval may be barred from attending classes and tests and may face cancellation of admission. No prior notice will be issued to parents, and no fees shall be refunded. The decision of the Managing Centre Incharge will be final.
8.1 Mandatory Submissions: Students must submit a self-attested copy of their latest academic mark sheet or a valid government-issued ID proof bearing their current address at the time of admission.
9.1 Unfair Practices During Tests: Any student caught engaging in unfair means during internal assessments or tests will be immediately removed from the exam hall and permanently expelled from the institute.
Study materials will be issued only to students who have notified the institute of their absence in advance through a written request from a parent or guardian. Individual or informal requests will not be entertained.
Students enrolled in any partnered examinations or certifications must submit a photocopy of their admit card once issued.
12.1 Prism Media Institute follows a strict no-refund policy.
12.2 The Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
12.3 There will be no refund if a student drops out in the middle of the course or does not want to continue.
13.1 Each student will be issued a Prism Media Institute ID card, which must be carried at all times while on campus.
13.2 In case of loss, a duplicate card will be issued for a fee of ₹100/-.
The use of mobile phones, tablets, iPods, or similar devices during lectures or examinations is strictly prohibited, unless instructed otherwise by the faculty.
15.1 Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the admission form, the student and their parent/guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the institute's terms and conditions as outlined above.
15.2 Meetings with the Centre-in-Charge: Parents can meet the centre-in-charge to discuss their ward's progress or any issues, but an appointment is required in advance.
15.3 Changes in Contact Information: Any changes to permanent or correspondence address, phone numbers (student and parent), or email ID must be notified in writing to the appropriate centre within 10 days.
15.4 Attendance Responsibility: The Institute is not responsible if a student fails to attend or chooses to skip offline classes without prior notification.
15.5 Providing Correct Contact Information: It is mandatory to provide a valid and correct email ID and mobile number for the student, parent, or guardian.
16.1 Additional Taxes: If the government imposes any new GST or taxes applicable to scholarships or concessions given to the student at the time of admission or during the course, the student/parent will be responsible for paying these charges from the date the law takes effect.
16.2 Increase in GST: If the government introduces any new taxes or increases the current GST beyond 18%, the student/parent will be required to pay this additional amount from the date of implementation.

18.1 A student is eligible to sit for placement only if they have at least 90% attendance during their training session.
18.2 It is mandatory to submit all assignments and showreels, categorized by software.
